Hungarian Noodle Bake

Ingredients
At a glance
- 4 ounces fine noodles
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 carton cream style cottage cheese (12 ounce) or 1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of hot pepper sauce
- 2 teaspoons poppy seed
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated parmesan cheese
Methods/steps
- Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender. Drain.
- Cook onion and garlic until tender.
- Combine noodles and onion mixture with remaining ingredients.
- Turn into greased 10x6 baking dish.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
- Serve with grated cheese
