My sis uses this recipe on fruit salad. I tried it on a spinach salad I made yesterday and it was wonderful. I used spinach, little tomatoes, red onion and sunflower seeds with this dressing.

Run out of mayo, not a problem.  Just whip up some homemade mayonnaise.
