I attended St. George Antiocian Church in Charleston, WV for years.  The majority of the people who attend are of arabic descent.  You will see many of my submissions are middle eastern in nature. Most of the recipes were given to me by friends over the years, many of them from my "Lebanese Mother" Evelyn Dodrill.

This is a rustic Irish Lamb Stew. It is made with Boneless Lamb, Potatoes, Onion, Carrots, and Green Beans.

Lollipops - the rack is cut into individual chops and trimmed of all fat for an appetizer that is simple to make, impressive to present, and easy to eat right off the bones.

Grilled lamb with bacon wrapped prunes. This is my wife's recipe. She puts it together and I grill it.
