Cheese Ring

Description

Easy cheese ring recipe made with sharp cheddar and pecans with a little spice thrown in.

Ingredients

At a glance

Egg/Cheese

16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup pecans, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 small onion, grated
1 1/8 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 small jar of strawberry jam

Methods/steps

Mix all ingredients except jam and press into a ring. Fill center with jam. Serve with crackers.
