Fried Chocolate Truffle
Description
This is an outrageous surprise desert for your friends. They'll never guess it's chocolate from the fryer until they taste it.
Ingredients

12 ounces Dark Chocolate

1 cup Heavy Cream
-
1 egg beaten
-
1 cup Flour
-
1 cup Confectioners sugar
-
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
-
1 cup Bread crumbs
-
Peanut Oil for frying
Methods/steps

Melt chocolate in double boiler.

Fold in heavy cream.

Refrigerate
-
Roll into balls.

Mix Flour and Sugar add cinnamon

Roll balls in beaten egg

Roll in sugar and flour
-
Roll in bread crumbs

Repeat steps 6 - 8

Freeze
-
Heat peanut oil to 350 F.

Deep fry balls for 30 seconds.

Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and cinnamon to serve.
Additional Tips
Place balls on baking sheet covered with waxed paper to freeze.
Serve with whipped cream, garnish with fresh mint.
