White Veggie Pizza
Description
White Pizza Recipe with ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach and other good veggies. Semi-homemade.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust
- 2 cups light ricotta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 2 teaspoons crused oregano
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 roasted red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- salt and pepper to taste
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Combine ricotta and garlic. Spread on pizza crust.
- Top with spinach and oregano. Sprinkle with mozzarella, olives, bell pepper and Parmesan cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
