- 1 granny smith apple
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 large mango
- 1 navel orange
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
Methods/steps
- Core and chop the apple and toss it in the lime juice asap to prevent it from browning.
- Peel and dice the mango, discarding the pit. Add to the orange.
- Cut the peel and white pith away from the orange and cut the sections out. Squeeze any remaining juices from the orange into the bowl with the apples.
- Dice the orange and add it to the bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
