Thai Peanut Sauce
Description
Very easy Peanut Sauce Recipes to use with Chicken Satay or whatever you prefer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 Tablespoon chili paste
- 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspon salt
Methods/steps
- In a saute pan, bring milk to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and whisk in curry and chili pastes. Stir in peanut butter, sugar, lime juice and salt;simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool at room temperature.
