Spring Zucchinni Spaghetti

This is very easy and light dish for spring!
Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 3 med cloves of garlic peeled
- red pepper flakes
- 3 med zucchini thinly sliced
Methods/steps
- Cook spaghetti
- In a large saute pan heat oil over med. heat. add garlic (whole) and red pepper flakes. Saute 3 minutes.
- Add zucchini saute until tender. Add pasta to saute pan. Toss until evenly coated with oil. Remove from pan top with the zucchini mix still in saute pan.
Additional Tips
It is important to keep tossing the pasta to absorb all of that healthy olive oil. Serve with loaf of crusty french bread.
