Soy-Sherry Marinade for Pork
This is my husband's favorite Pork Marinade.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves or a couple sprigs stripped of fresh tyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
Methods/steps
- Combine all ingredients, mix well.
- Use to marinate a 4-6 lb. pork roast.
- Marinate 2-3 hours at room temperature or 12-18 hours in the refrigerator.
Additional Tips
The last time I made this I was out of dry mustard and substituted Stone Ground Mustard. I do believe I may like it better!
