Sour Cream Cole Slaw
Description
Hungarian Cole Slaw Recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1/2 small onion finely minced
- 2 Tablespoons. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tablespoons white vinegar
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper
- paprika for garnish
Methods/steps
- Shred cabbage to make slaw. Place in a bowl. Add onion, green pepper
- In a small bowl mix vinegar, sour cream, sugar, salt and pepper. Add to cabbage mixture. Mix well.
- Sprinkle with paprika
