Sour Cream Cole Slaw

Description Hungarian Cole Slaw Recipe.

1 head of cabbage
1/2 small onion finely minced
2 Tablespoons. chopped green pepper
3 Tablespoons white vinegar
16 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper
paprika for garnish

Methods/steps

Shred cabbage to make slaw. Place in a bowl. Add onion, green pepper
In a small bowl mix vinegar, sour cream, sugar, salt and pepper. Add to cabbage mixture. Mix well.
Sprinkle with paprika
