Rueben Dip
Description
Serve this dip hot with crackers or pita chips. I have to double it because I can eat the WHOLE thing.
Ingredients
- 1 (3-ounce) package of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1 (4-ounce) package corned beef
- 1/4 cup chopped, drained sauerkraut
- 2-3 Tablespoons milk
Methods/steps
- Combine ingredients in a saucepan or chafing dish. Mix until well blended. Warm over medium heat until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally. If mixture is too thick gradually add the milk to thin.
