Rabbit Florentine
Description
Florentine style Rabbit Pasta.
Ingredients

2 Tablespoons butter

1 Tablespoon minced garlic

2 cups shredded cooked rabbit

2 cups whipping cream
-
1/4 cup snipped parsley

1 teaspoon snipped basil

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 12 oz package spinach linguini cooked according to package directions.

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Methods/steps

In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, saute until tender. Add rabbit, cook and stir until hot.

Stir in cream, parsley, basil, pepper and nutmeg.

Cook over low heat until liquid is absorbed by one-third. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan.

Serve over linguini.
