My mother's dandelion wine recipe.

- 4 quarts dandelion flowers
- 4 quarts boiling water
- 1 cake yeast
- 3 pounds sugar
- 4 oranges diced
- 3 lemons diced
Methods/steps
- Gather fresh flowers making sure all stems have been removed.
- Pour boiling water over flowers and let stand for three days.
- Stain and add yeast, sugar, oranges and lemons. Let stand for three weeks or until fermented. Strain, bottle and seal.
