Hungarian Cheese Spread

Description Appetizer recipe my mom makes. Spread it on crackers or vegetables. It does have a little bit which makes it VERY good.

around 1 cup

1 package cream cheese (6 ounce)
2 Tablespoons capers
1 Tablespoon caraway seeds
1 Tablespoon paprika
1/4 cup sour cream
1 clove crushed garlic
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 cup hot sauce (Texas Pete or similar)

Methods/steps

Mix all ingredients until creamy-smooth. Use as a spread for crackers.
