Hot Mustard Dipping Sauce
Description
Dry mustard provides a sharp, clear heat that you cannot get with prepared jarred mustards.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 taespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced scallion
Methods/steps
- Mix the dry mustard and sugar together with the water until dissolved. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
