Ginger Curry Vegetable Dip
This is a great dip to serve with fresh vegetables. Even pickle spears taste great with this dip.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 3 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Methods/steps
- Place the sour cream and mayonnaise into a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in the curry powder, ginger, cayenne and black pepper until well combined.
- Cover and chill at least 4 hours but no more than 24 hours.
Additional Tips
If you are having a tailgate party, be sure to place the dip in an airtight container and keep it packed in ice.
