Ella's Tuna Casserole
If you prefer you can also bake the tuna casserole in the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can (6 1/2 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 cups cooked corkscrew pasta
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled potato chips
Methods/steps
- Microwave peas until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole, stir soup and milk until smooth. Stir in cheese. Add tuna, macaroni, eggs and peas into soup mixture. Cover with lid; microwave on high 5-7 minutes or until hot, stirring once during cooking.
- Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle potato chips over casserole.
