3/4 cup

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
1 cucumber, peeled seeded, and finely diced

Methods/steps

Blend together by hand or place in the food processor for about a minute if you prefer a more creamier sauce
