Crockpot Macaroni
Description
Easy mac and cheese for the kid in all of us.
Ingredients
- 8 ounce box macaroni, cooked
- 12 ounces shredded cheese
- 8 ounces Velvetta cheese, cut in chunks
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can evaporated milk (5 ounce)
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 3/4 cups whole milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika (optional)
Methods/steps
- Grease your slow cooker with margarine. Mix all ingredients except paprika and 1/3 of shredded cheddar.
- Pour into slow cooker. Sprinkle remaining cheese and paprika on top.
- Cook for 3 hours and 15 minutes on medium
