Crockpot Buffalo Wings
Crockpot Buffalo Wings are a Superbowl Sunday must. Very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- 1 1/2 cups bottled chili sauce
- 3 to 4 tablespoons bottled hot pepper sauce (I like Texas Pete)
- Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing
Methods/steps
- Cut each wing into 2 sections.Cut off wing tips. Rinse chicken; pat dry.
- Place chicken on the rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat until chicken is browned, about 10 minutes, turning to brown both sides evenly. Transfer chicken to crockpot.
- Combine chili sauce and hot pepper sauce; pour over chicken wings. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
- Serve with Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing.
