Crab Quiche
Description
This is a great recipe for Crab Quiche that is so fast to make.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1 small can of crab meat (7 1/2 ounces)
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Methods/steps
- Combine first six ingredients, blending well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes or until set.
Additional Tips
This recipe can be frozen
