Bulgar and Cabbage Saute

Ingredients
- Small amount of vegetable broth for sauteing
- 3/4 cup bulgur
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups chopped green cabbage
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Methods/steps
- In large saucepan, add bulgur, onion, cabbage and carrots to small amount of broth or water and cook stirring, until the vegetables begin to soften, about 1 minute.
- Add the 1 1/2 cups of broth and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until bulgur is tender and broth is absorbed, about 10 to 15 minutes.
