Bourbon Snaps
Description
Tasty little Bourbon Cookies.
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 cup sifted plain flour
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Methods/steps
- Cream butter and sugar with mixer until fluffy. Add bourbon alternately with flour. Sprinkle in nutmeg and mix thoroughly. Chill 1 hour or more.
- Drop small amounts from teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes or until slightly browned. Do not overbake!
- Cool slightly before removing from pan.
- Store in air tight container.
