Chocolate Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 ounces melted and cooled unsweetened chocolate
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt. Beat butter, sugar and egg until fluffy, blend in melted chocolate, add dry ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar and cinnamon.
Place on parchment lined cookie sheet, bake 12-14 minutes, until cookies are puffed and cracked.
